Bizkarra is a family bread and pastry bakery that has been a part of the Basque Country’s gastronomic tradition since 1957. Three generations devoted to recreating the finest breads and sweet pastries of the region. Bizkarra’s master bakers have combined tradition and innovation to recover long-forgotten flavours and regional specialties, modernising traditional recipes to produce new proposals. Always made from natural ingredients and local produce and placing the emphasis on what makes Bizkarra unique: tradition, flavours and stories.
