Orozko Ethnographic Museum “Orozkoko Museoa”
The Orozko Ethnographic Museum is a Baroque palace, Legorburu Palace, located in Zubiaur Square, a few metres from the town hall. The exhibition includes elements, documents and testimonies of life in the valley through time, with interactive and participative installations and with audio-visual media applications. The museum occupies three floors, each one with a unique theme. The ground floor offers a general presentation of the valley with a model in the centre of the room. The first floor is dedicated to traditional life in the valley, the second floor is dedicated to human presence in the high areas of Gorbeia featuring shepherds, lumberjacks and colliers.
